Eagle Mark 4 History
In the 1970s. an entrepreneur by the name of Charles Smith had a vision to start an equipment dealership that would cater to the growing Ohio transportation industry. He would specialize in basic railcar movers as well as another type of machine that would later be known as the terminal tractor.
Smith was able to continually build the company throughout the 1980's. When the Desert Storm War was in the minds of most. Patriotic Smith decided to chance the name of the company to what we know today as Eagle Mark 4 Equipment Company. From there he created his own version of the terminal tractor, a spotter dubbed "The Eagle Mark IV."
The rest, as they say, is history.

"My goal is to ensure that the company continues to succeed and that our employees nave all the support they need," said Mike Tozzi, Eagle Mark IV President. "We have plans to expand our footprint out West, positioning us to better serve our customers on a national scale."
